Skype video calling feature was recently(June) launched on Android but initially it was supported only few Android devices. Majority of Android users were thinking when they would get this video calling functionality. So finally after alot of wait skype has released its update to add more devices. This has increased the total number devices supported to updated version is 21. In order to get this update you will need to be on Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
