Following much speculation over the Apple company event focusing mainly on the Mac, it is finally confirmed that the event will be held as expected on the 27th of October and has been labeled as “Hello Again” with invites beginning to circulate.
The event is going to be held at 10am (Pacific Time) , and the venue set for the event is the Apple Town Hall,Cupertino Campus in California. Tim Cook and his team will be hosting the event. We can expect the latest Mac Lineup to be introduced at this event, with focus mainly on the new MacBook Pro , which is rumored to have the USB Type-C connector replacing the former MagSafe Connector, allowing for better control of power and data, in addition to support for Thunderbolt 3 being expected, and the launch of the Touch ID sensor that is supposed to be lodged in the Power button.
This feature comes in collaboration with ports that are also present in the latest 12-inch MacBook. We can expect the 12-inch MacBook to feature a thinner and more lightweight unibody design with the presence of the OLED Touch -bar ( allowing user to choose the mapping of various keys according to their own will).
We are also expecting Apple to announce some changes to the MacBook Air lineup , mainly expecting the termination of production of the 11-inch MacBook Air , to enhance the sales of the 12-inch MacBook, in addition to a better and upgraded version of the 13-inch MacBook Air model . In addition to these we can also expect upgraded versions of both the MacPro and iMac and the announcement of the latest standalone 5k display feature.
We’ll just have to wait to see what latest developments Apple has brought for us ,pertaining to the Mac lineup, till the 27th of October.
