Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 5.0 released in US for 170$ at Woot

After huge success of Samsung Galaxy S2 Samsung had decided to introduce huge Portable Media Player with 5″ screen named Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 5.0. Its simply a big smartphone with the ability to phone. You can think of it as iPod Touch 4 for Samsung, as Samsung may have thought of introducing such device to capture lower end market which are more interested in Android device than a Phone. Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 5.0 has hit the shelves of Woot today at a tag price of 170$. The device is a bigger version of Samsung Galaxy S2 with 800 x 480 pixel display resolution.  Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 5.0 can be used as a music player as it comes with standard audio connector and batteries can last up to 6 hours of audio playback or 8 hours of video playback. The device supports device supports large number of audio and video formats including H.264, DiVX, XVid, FLV, WMV, FLAC, WMA, AAC, MP3, and OGG.
