Yes you guessed it right, An XDA Developer Angel_666 has released the first Android Ice Cream Custom ROM for original 7-inch Galaxy Tab. At the moment developers are testing the ROM on Alpha version so if you have got of the these Galaxy Tab then you can also test it right now. However, it is pertinent to mention here that ROM has some bugs but they will be fixed in future updates.
For detailed instruction you can now nevigate to XDA Developer from where you can first download the Android Ice Sandwich Custom ROM for your Samsung Galaxy Tab. Once downloaded don’t forget to take an nandroid backup and then install the zip from sd card.
Those who are new to Samsung Galaxy Tab, it was originally launched with Android 2.2 Froyo operating system equipped with processor clocking up to 1Ghz. It has 3 MegaPixel back camera, a front facing camera, 512 MB RAM, Internal storage capacity 32.768 GB and an option for MicroSD, MicroSDHC slot.
