$99 HP TouchPad Fire Sale Coming Back for One Last Time Just Before Christmas

Those who are hearing about HP TouchPad $ 99 sale for the very first time, HP officially turned down WebOS few months back started offering TouchPad on 99$ Clearance. This led developers to work out something big out of 99$ 1.2 GHz Dual Core device. Finally developers were able to port Android 2.2.1 on HP TouchPad along with the installation of popular Custom ROM CynogenMod 7 on HP TouchPad. Things didn’t stop here, Developers brought various advancements which includes Android 2.3.x Gingerbread And webOS Dual Boot, Overclocking HP Touch Pad to 1.9 Ghz and Android Port gets MultiTouch support. The last development we reported was the installation of CyanogenMod 7.1 Alpha 3 on HP TouchPad.

Now the news has come from slashgear that HP is planning to bring $99 TouchPad fire sale in coming holidays. The sale is expected to kick off from December 11 at at 6:00PM Central time. It is also pertinent to mention here that customers will be able to purchase it only from HP’s eBay store. $99 sale will be offered on both 16GB and 32 GB models but make sure you purchase it as early as possible because pieces will be limited in numbers.

A single customer can buy max of 2 tablets which will be refurbished but offcourse will get 90-day warranty. The 16GB model will be sold at $99 whereas 32GB model will be sold at $149. You can also buy 3-piece accessory bundle for $79  which includes a case, charging dock, and wireless keyboard.
