vWallpaper 2.0 To Set Animated Wallpapers on iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch Now Support iOS 5 [Jailbreak Tweak]

Those who are associated with iPhone Jailbreak Community since it started become popular back in 2008 must be remembering about vWallpaper, one of the best jailbreak tweak allows you to set animated wallpaers on your iPhone and iPod Touch devices. Now we have been just reported that vWallpaper jailbreak tweak has not updated to Version 2.0. The main purpose of releasing this update is to bring the compatibility of iOS 5.x firmware. In addition to the latest firmware support, vWallpaper 2.0 has been launched with improved stability along with an option to add videos, cool effects (particles, 3D objects), HTML widgets and more on your SpringBoard and iPhone and iPod Touch lock screens.

Whats Needed

In order to get vWallpaper 2.0 Cydia jailbreak App on your iPhoneand iPod Touch, make sure you device is Jailbroken. Click here for Untethered Jailbreak iOS 5.0/5.0.1 On iPhone 4, 3GS, iPad, iPod touch using RedSn0w, Click here Using PwnageTool 5.0.1[Mac Only] or here using Corona 5.0.1 Untether.

You can also jailbreak iPhone, iPad or iPod touch on iOS 4.3.5 using RedSnow, iOS 4.3.3 using  Redsn0w, JailbreakMe or to Jailbreak while preserving your baseband (software unlock) see TinyUmbrella,  SnowBreeze &  PwnageTool.

Procedure

vWallpaper 2.0 is a Jailbreak tweak which can be search and downloaded from Cydia Search Tab but make sure you first add the below mentioned repo by launching Cydia>Manage>Source>Edit>Add. It is supported on iOS 4 and higher
