Jailbreak iOS 4.3.4 iPhone, iPad and iPod using Pwnage Tool [Mac only]

Apple has just released the iOS 4.3.4 for iPhone, iPad and iPod. The iOS 4.3.4 is mainly released to fix the PDF exploit in Mobile Safari to stop JailbreakMe 3.0 jailbreaks.

Custom Pwnage bundles have already been created and tested so that procedure is simplified. However its worth mentioning here using this method you will be able preserve you baseband and jailbreak is Tethered. By preserving you baseband you can preserve you unlocking using Ultrasn0w.

Whats Needed

Note: Before proceeding ahead its important to note that this Jailbreak is tethered however Hactivation is available
Procedure
  1. Download Custom Pwnage Tool bundles for iPhone 4 already created for you from here. After downloading extract from the zip file and you will see a bundles package inside.
  2. Download Pwnage tool 4.3.3 from here and copy it onto /Applications directory. Click and select Browse Package Contents
  3. Goto Contents/Resources/FirmwareBundles/ and paste the .bundle file which you have already downloaded [Step 1]
  4. Now Run the Pwnage Tool and Select your device in Expert Mode and Click Next
  5. Select iOS 4.3.4 Firmware you have already downloaded for your iDevice and click next
  6.  Click Build Package and Pwnage tool will Build a Custom Firmware for your iPhone, iPad or iPod
  7. You have put you device in DFU mode as follows,
    a. Hold Down Power Button
    b. Without releasing power button Press Home Button
    c. Release Power Botton and keep pressing home button
  8. When you device is in DFU mode open iTunes and do Shift+Restore and select Custom Firmware to restore.
Here you are on iOS 4.3.4 with your old baseband.
