As we had lastly reported that TeamDroid had left the Android Port job for HP TouchPad however it seems that this step has further strengthened the pace of Cynogen Team work. One of the Cynogen Team member has released the benchmark results for Android running on HP TouchPad which reflects a clear sign that it simply out performs some of the significant players even though the port was not 100% complete. HP TouchPad scores during benchmark were,
- Linpack multi CPU: about 72 (average of three tests)
- Linpack single CPU: about 42 (average of two tests)

However we are keeping our finger crossed for Cynogen Mod Release of HP TouchPad which will take some time until all the kinks are removed by the team before final release to general public.
