Copic – Enables Contact Pictures in Contacts, Calls, Favorites, SMS and Facetime for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch Jailbreak Tweak

iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch iOS Contact, SMS, Favorites, Calls & Facetime present a gloomy bunch of data without contact pictures displayed along with as available in Google Android, Symbian, Blackberry and other renowned handsets. As always Jailbreak community is here to provide the same functionality using Copic (short form of Contact Picture) which allows you to display contact picture within standard iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch native favorites, recent calls, contacts, sms and facetime applications.

Various applications were available in Cydia which used to provide display of contact pics in contact application e.g. SMS Enhancer, iPicMyContact etc but the functionality Copic provides is way beyond by covering all the major applications where contact picture could enhance the usability and bring those applications from mere data to real life. Copic not only adds contact pictures in Calls, SMS and Recent calls rather it adds the same functionality to Facetime for iPad and iPod Touch as well which was not covered in any of the previous applications. There is no icon for this application rather configurable from Settings.

Copic is available for Jailbroken iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch for a price of 1.29 US$ however it can be installed from xSellize Repo using the procedure here for trial purposes but if you like the tweak please buy it from Cydia.
