As we have recently reported that Qualcomm Snapdragon roadmap which will provide 2.5 GHz Quad-Core processor in few months time so the rumors have caught the same for Samsung Galaxy S III which is rumored to be equipped with 2.0GHz Quad-Core CPU and launched in Feburary next year in Barcelona. Samsung had launched Samsung Galaxy S II this year equipped with 1.2 GHz Dual Core processor, 1 GB RAM which was a huge success as far as Samsung is concerned. Samsung Galaxy S II is still one of the top performers in Smartphone category.
The rumor says Samsung Galaxy S III will be carrying following specs,

- 32GB of internal memory
- 4.65-inch Super AMOLED III screen
- 1280 x 1024 resolution
- 10 MP Camera with 1080p Video Recording at 60 fps
- Android Ice Cream Sandwich with TouchWiz 5.0
- NFC
- 2250mAh battery
