Recently we had updated you regarding the progress made by Pod2G on untethered jailbreak for iPhone 4, iPod Touch 4 and iPad Original however just now we have been informed that Pod2G has got hold of iPhone 4S and now he has started testing his untethered Jailbreak work on the newer device. Pod2G has planned to work this weekend on untethered Jailbreak for iPhone 4S and we expect results shortly.
We are expecting that Pod2G will make steady performance on iPhone 4S jailbreak as well as he has demonstrated untethered Jailbreak on older devices in a video released. Although the untethered Jailbreak whcih had been previously demonstrated by Pod2G were userland software exploits but still they can pave way for iPhone 4S jailbreak as well. however so far no A5 chip hardware exploits have been reported.
