PlayAwake – Use Your iPod Music As Alarm Clock Sound for iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch Jailbreak Tweak

If you are a frequent user of iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch alram clock and are bored with limited number of Alarm Ringtone then PlayAwake can make you rejoice by applying any of your favorite iPod Music Library Song as Alarm Ringtone. PlayAwake allows you to assign any audio file from iPod music library as an alarm ringtone. This additional functionality is added directly into the native alarm sound selection panel as shown in snaps below,

To add a new song as Alarm ringtone from iPod Music Library simply add a new Alarm and select Sound here you will have an option of “iPod [StayAwake]” on the top of standard ringtone. Tap the iPod StayAwake option and you can see the list of songs available in your iPod Music Library, select the song you want to play as alarm. StayAwake does not have any home screen icon rather its configurable from Settings menu.

PlayAwake 1.2 is available for Jailbroken iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch for a price of 1.99 US$ however it can be installed from xSellize Repo using the procedure here for trial purposes but if you like the tweak please buy it from Cydia.
