We have covered unlocking iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 3G via Ultrasn0w however if at time you don’t have internet access then the procedure explained in earlier post wont work but there is a work around.
Using Ultrasn0w you can unlock iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS and iPhone 3G on basebands below,
- iPhone 4 – Baseband 01.59.00
- iPhone 3GS & 3G – Baseband 04.26.08, 05.11.07, 05.12.01, 05.13.04 and 06.15.00
So if internet comment is not available then follow the procedure below to unlock,
- Make sure that iPhone is jailbreak [if not use Redsn0w or JailbreakMe]
- Download iSpirit Application Manager [reference iSpirit]
- Download Ultrasn0w.deb from here
- Open iSpirit and Goto install App > .deb Menu
- Select the Ultrasn0w.deb file and install.
- On successfull instalation reboot iPhone and you are unlocked.
After Ultrasn0w is successfully installed restart the iPhone and here you go your carrier has started appearing means its successfully unlocked.
