iPhone Tops Customer Satisfaction Charts, iPhone still the best Customer Choice [Report]

Since the launch of iPhone in 2007 it has achieved such huge sales mark which has astonished some of the manufacturing giants including Nokia which rules the smartphone arena. As per reports Apple will surpass Nokia Smartphone Sales figures this year which has become true due to tremendous feed back received by Apple on iPhone product. A survey has been conducted by J.D. Power and Associates to assertain the usability of pouplar smartphone brands and the results show Apple as the No 1 choice for the users.

As per the report,

For a sixth consecutive time, Apple ranks highest among manufacturers of smartphones in customer satisfaction. Apple achieves a score of 838 and performs well in all factors, particularly in ease of operation and features.

Apple is expectantly launching the next generation iPhone a.k.a iPhone 5 which in our understanding will even increase Apple’s share in Smartphone market. Other iPhone 5 news suggested to have 8 MP camera, Dual Core A5 ,iPod 2-like, processor and a larger screen. It has already been reported that Sprint will start offering iPhone 5 from next month then iPhone 5 Reservations Started for Deutsche Telekom was revealed. Also purportedly Change in Delivery Schedule for All Apple Devices on Online Stores also hinted the incoming iPhone 5 lunch. All these news caution that launch is pretty close.
