iPad2 was officially launched with an official support of video mirroring over HDMI or VGA whereas same feature was kept away on iPhone 4 and iPod Touch 4G devices. However, Later it has been proven that video mirroring can be done in
iPhone 4 and iPod Touch 4G devices but it may not work as well as in case of iPad2. Now it has been confirmed that Apple purposefully kept this functionality disabled in iPhone 4 and iPod Touch 4G devices.
Here we are going to guide you step by step on how to get that feature enabled on iPhone 4 and iPod Touch 4G devices.

Whats Needed!!!

2- You need “iFile”. Visit our Post to see its downloading and installation procedure
How to Enable HDMI Video Mirroring on iPhone 4 and iPod Touch 4G
1- Open iFile and go to “/System/Library/CoreServices/Springboard.app”
2- Once you are inside Springboard.app, open up one of the following .plist files withProperty List Viewer depending on which iOS device you’re on:
- If you are using an iPod touch: N81AP.plist
- If you are using an iPhone 4: N90AP.plist
