Yesterday we had reported that AT&T had opened its arms for Galaxy S II which had now been made available at the price of $199 on contract whereas $549 full price pay as you go. AT&T has also offered Galaxy S II on their website however the phone was initially announced to be launched on September 18th but it was released a bit late. AT&T Galaxy S II is same in specs to the other US operator counterpart except the 4.5 inch screen is replaced with 4.3 inch screen for AT&T. But the best part is that AT&T Galaxy S II comes with latest Android Gingerbread 2.3 OS with TouchWiz 4.0. Other salient include 1.2 GHz Dual Core processor, 1 GB RAM, 8 MP 1080p Video Recording Camera and 2 MP Front Camera.
If you are an existing AT&T customer you can check from the local store that you qualify for the upgrade if yes then you have to only pay $199 however rest of the customers have to pay the full price of $549.99. Online customers can get Free home delivery or if you want to get the feel before making the purchase you can visit nearest AT&T store.
