If you are a regular visitor then you must be know that Apple has announced iPhone 4S on 4 October in “Let’s talk iPhone” event along with the release of iOS 5 GM for all types of users. It was also announced that iPhone 4S will be available for customers on 14 October. We have also reported you about iPhone 4S pre-ordering which was started few days ago has already breaking all previous records as 200,000 units were booked in just 12hours of time.

The next question which will come into your mind about iPhone 4S could be about SIM Unlocked procedure. Well According to Macworld sources,  Sprint CDMA iPhone 4S will be available as GSM-unlocked whereas Verizon CDMA iPhone 4S can also be unlocked but have to wait for 60 days after you put up the request.

Sprint plans to sell the iPhone 4S with its micro-SIM slot unlocked; Verizon’s will be initially locked, but if you’ve been a customer in good standing for 60 days, you can call Verizon and ask for an “international unlock.” (A Verizon spokesperson told me that this is Verizon’s standard policy for all world phones—it’s just the first time it’s manifested itself on an iPhone.)

iPhone 4S is expected to be reach on Sprint and Verizon iPhone 4S stores from 14th October. These users who are willing to buy unlocked iPhone 4S will definitely be feeling more happy and relaxed after hearing this news.
