Yesterday we reported you that Samsung announced their Samsung Omnia W , Galaxy S II HD LTE and Galaxy S II LTE hight end devices soon to be released in different parts of the world. Today, Samsung has announced Galaxy Tab 8.9 and Galaxy Players, Galaxy Player 4.0 and 5.0 along with their hardware/software specification, prices and release days. We are going to give you a brief review of the devices based on their hardware/software specificatins.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 Specifications, Price and Release Date
- 1GHz Tegra 2 dual-core CPU
- 8.9” WXGA (1280×800) TFT
- Android 3.1
- TouchWiz UX
- Rear Camera: 3.0 Megapixel Auto Focus with Flash
- Front Camera: 2.0 Megapixel
- 16GB or 32GB internal memory
- 1080p playback
Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 will be released on October 2 in two different models based on storage space
- 16 GB model will be sold at $470
- 32GB model will be sold at $570.
Samsung Galaxy Players Specifications, Price and Release Date
- The Galaxy Player 4.0 will come out with 4-inch display whereas slightly bigger Galaxy Player 5.0 will have 5-inch screen
- Android™ 2.3.5 (Gingerbread)
- 5-inch or 4-inch WVGA TFT LCD
- Rear : 3.2MP Camera AF with LED Flash
- Front : VGA Camera
- 8GB , microSD slot (up to 32GB)
Both Samsung Galaxy Players 4.0, 5.0 will be released on October 12.
- Galaxy Player 4.0 will be sold at $230
- Galaxy Player 5.0 will be sold at $270
