BiteSMS 6.1 Updated Released with Tons of new Features – Download Now

Soon after the release of iOS 5 BiteSMS was updated to BiteSMS 6.0 Beta to support the latest iOS however recently the final version of BiteSMS 6.1 has been released for the general public bringing in lots of new features and performance upgrades. BiteSMS 6.1 final version has been tightly integrated with Notification centre and iMessage of iOS 5. BiteSMS has been famous for schedules SMS, Quick compose, Quick Reply, Auto Forward etc.

Some of the major features of BiteSMS 6.1 final release are,

• Introduced the ability to manually select which icon to use from that of the native application BiteSMS and Posts;
• Introduced the ability to hide the messaging application;
• BiteSMS is now compatible with Dreamboard;
• Fixed some problems with installing from Cydia on iPhone OS 4;
• Added the “Retry if it fails”;
• Enhanced password protection with rapid response;
• Research Spotlight is now up and running;
• Introduced the “Repeat” as part of scheduled SMS;
• Introduced support for keyboards and other Chinese other than traditional keyboards;
• Improved process for the purchase of credits and licenses;
• Introduced the option to use the passcode also in rapid response;
• Improved performance of startup;
• Introduced an option to automatically call the rapid response in the lockscreen;
• Introduced SMS planned;
• Introduced a new method to call speed dial;
• Notifications in the center you can select all messages as read quickly by pressing the red “x” and then “Clear”;
• The contact pictures are now displayed in rapid response;
• In rapid response and speed dial, you can now select the number of buttons to be displayed in every page;
• Introduced the ability to manually select which icon to use from that of the native application BiteSMS and Posts;
• Introduced the ability to hide the messaging application;
• Implemented automatic forwarding of messages;
• The application now also works on iPod touch;
• Badges BiteSMS now appear instantly on the icon of the app;
• The installation of the application no longer requires a reboot.
