After success of Iconia Tab A500 and A100, Acer is planning for Iconia Tab A200 which was revealed in leaked images of the device by PocketDroid. From the blurry images one can make out that its a 10 inch device equipped with front camera having at least dual core processor and 1 GB RAM. Although it is unclear that Acer will release this tab with Honeycomb 3.0 or IceCream Sandwich 4.0 as the recent update for Iconia Tab A 500 has upgraded the device to Honeycomb 3.2 so we at least expect that this new device comes with Honeycomb if not IceCream Sandwich.
Some the major features of Android v3.2 Honeycomb update will include,
- Optimization for a wide range of screen sizes and Application access
- New “zoom-to-fill” screen using compatibility mode
- Capability to load media files directly from the SD card
- Extended screen support API which provides developers with more precise control over the UI
