Lots of Gingerbread updates are coming out now a days for Android users. In recent days we reported you Android Gingerbread updates for Samsung Galaxy S II, Nexus S, Nexus One. These new upgrades not only bring new features but also improve the performance of the handset.
Now HTC Desire S which was initially launched with Android Gingerbread 2.3.3 is getting OTA update notifications. The new version will not only replace Android 2.3.3 to Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread but also Sense from 2.1 to Version 3.0. So far confirmation has received from users reside in UK.
Those who are unaware of desire hardware and software specifications, it is basically a successor of famous HTC Desire smartphone and first announced at at Mobile World Conference on 15 February 2011. One of the major difference between HTC Desire and HTC Desire S specifications is the improvement in RAM and internal memory. The other reason which could makes it superior is front-facing VGA camera which was not available in HTC Desire.
