Apple TV Hacked to Run iOS Apps in Fullscreen 720p Resolution

It was only a day ago when hacker Troughton-Smith and fellow coder TheMudKip are working out a away to run iOS Apps on Apple TV. Now they are one step closer to make it reality because just running iOS apps on Apple TV won’t give much pleasure. Therefore, in order to make it more interesting, they have discovered a new away which allows you to run iOS Apps at the full 720p resolution of the Apple TV.

It was was all started when hackers shared a news on New Year Eve that they have successfully ported iOS applications to the Apple TV but at that time only multiple applications to run side by side was achieved. So the next step was to run them in fullscreen mode and they have done it as well.

Above mentioned video shared by 9to5Mac showing  iPad apps running at 720p in full screen mode. This port has opened the gates for developers to come up with tons of new ideas such as in case of windowed mode, running a news app alongside a streaming video app, or maybe Twitter. We suggest you to stay in touch in order to receive latest updates on this port.
