Apple TV 4.4.4 (9A406a) Firmware Released and Already Jailbroken Using Seas0nPass For Windows & Mac

Apple has recently updated the 2nd-generation Apple TV (2G) firmware from Version 4.4.3 (9A4051) to Version 4.4.4 . The new version has mainly released for performance improvements and minor bug fixes found in previous version.

From Apple:

general performance and stability improvements, including a fix for an issue that displayed an error when playing some video content.

You can upgrade the latest version 4.4.4(9A406a) Over The Air (OTA) by going to Settings > General  or manually download the firmware file from here.

Jailbreaking community took no time to release the new version of Seas0nPass, a tool which allow users to both jailbreak and boot Apple TV by creainge custom firmware files. At the moment the jailbreak is tethered so Apple TV requires a tethered boot every time it is rebooted or switched off.

Just download the latest version of Seas0nPass for both Mac or Windows and follow the step by step guide located here in order to tethered jailbreak Apple TV on version 4.4.4 (9A406a).
