Wireless ‘AirPods’ are finally here

The much anticipated wireless ‘Airpods’  have finally been released ,by Apple ,during the 7th September event. The Airpods will be available with a rechargeable battery case that allows for a battery life of upto 24 hours , in addition to 5 hours of music playback . An additional Lightning cable will also be provided  for charging the battery case ,in however this will be available as an extra accessory ,in October ,and will not be included in the box. The Lightning cable will be available for purchasing for $159,and can be obtained online or from Apple stores worldwide after it’s release in October.

The process of alternating between iCloud -connected Apple devices is made much simpler and just requires a single tap to proceed. Automatic Playback is enabled due to the presence of the dual-optical sensors ,that sense when the user is not using the earpods and will immediately pause , allowing the user to resume from where it was left off. All Siri -enabled options that we already know about (including battery life survey, adjustment of volume, in addition to regulating and choosing different music) will be enabled by the simple act of double tapping on the Airpod buds. As claimed by Apple this feature is mainly due to the fact that there is an addition of an very low power consuming Apple W1 chip internally , that also functions to provide better audio quality.

Filtration of external sounds is enabled due to the presence of two beam -forming microphones ,thereby allow for better clarity in the voice of the user. The Airpods also contain an extra accelerometer that pick the voice of the user while he is talking.

To use the Apple Airpods you will be need an Apple device that either has iOS 10,macSierra or watchOS 3. At the Apple event held a few hours ago, Apple also featured wired headphones, and a wireless 3.5mm headphone adapter that would be encased in the boxes along with every iPhone 7 and 7 Plus . The introduction of the Airpods was given as follows :
