Watch Live Hajj, Islamic Ritual on YouTube for the first time in history

Hajj is one of the major Islamic Ritual which is performed in Saudi Arabia and thousands of Muslims from all across the world gather at Mecca and Medina. Every Muslim once in his lifetime has to perform Hajj if his financial stature permits as Hajj teaches the lesson of unity and submission to Allah. For the first time in the history YouTube will broadcast live Hajj from Saudi Ministry of Culture and Information’s YouTube channel. It is expected that appox 2.5 Million worshipers will gather at Mecca and Medina to perform Hajj this year as it starts from 5th November onwards.

Google and Saudi Ministry of Culture and Information had already collaborated for Live Islamic Prayers during the Holy month of Ramadan which was successfully carried out this year. Therefore now both have started the youtube channel for broadcasting Live Hajj so that millions of muslims can view the religious ritual right from there PC/Mac. You can even view it on iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Android Smartphones using YouTube built-in application by opening the link below.  Moreover if you have interactive TV e.g. Apple TV, Google TV etc then you can benefit from YouTube application from your TV on large scree.

Although the event starts 5th November but the channel is still live now.
