Well a Cydia Jailbreak tweak called TweetSong will do the business as it allows you to let your twitter friends see what song or artist you are currently listening to. It actually shows the title of the current song you are listening to along with artist name. It will not only tell your friends about favorite music but also convey your current mood.

Whats Needed

Procedure

TweetSong is a free Jailbreak tweak available from BigBoss Cydia Repo. Once installed, It will not add any icon to your Homescreen rather you only have to configure it through Activator in Settings App.
