Sony Xperia X, XA, X Performance Launched, Specs & Comparison

Sony has recently  released specifications of the new Xperia X,XA and XA performance,which are the first phones to be released in the Xperia “X” series, expected to improve communication.All three smartphones vary in technical specifications as well as power usage so as to cater to the wider public.

All three smartphones showcase a curved glass display in addition to curved continued frames and edge-to – edge displays. The X Performance is said to be the best in performance out of the three,followed by the Xperia X and then the Xperia XA. Expected date of release is “Summer 2016” and prices have yet to be announced.

Sony Xperia X features

The new Xperia X features a 5-inch full HD (1080p) screen , a TRILUMINOS display in addition to a Dynamic Contrast Enhancement.The Xperia X runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 processor,3GB RAM thereby enhancing overall performance.Internal Flash Memory of 32GB can be extended with the addition of a microSD card to increase it by upto 200 GB.

The hardware featured is the Android Marshmallow and expected battery life is around 2days due to the 2620mAh battery. The Sony Xperia X features an impressive rear 23-megapixel camera ,with the introduction of the Predictive Hybrid AF feature.The front camera is a wonderful 13- megapixel camera which features an Exmor RS sensor ,for all those selfie-lovers.

The Sony Xperia X will be available in white,Graphite Black, Lime Gold and Rose Gold.

Sony Xperia XA features

Similar to the Xperia X ,the Xperia XA also features a 5-inch screen ,however with a 720 p display,in addition to a Super Vivid Mode and Second –Generation Mobile BRAVIA display engine.It is run on a 64 –bit Octa-core processor ,2GB RAM and internal flash storage can be upto 16GB.Storage can be increased with addition of microSD card.The rear camera features a 13 megapixel Exmor RS camera.The front camera is very useful for attaining amazing HDR photos due to its 8-megapixel camera with wide angle lens.

This phone will also run on the Android Marshmallow,with a 2300mAh battery. Xperia XA is available in White,Lime Gold,Rose Gold and Graphite Black.

Sony Xperia Performance features

Similar to its counterparts the Xperia performance features a 5-inch screen,in addition to 1080p TRILUMINOS display that the Xperia X.

The difference in the two phones however can be seen in the difference in the performance of the two phones and power used.The Xperia performance features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor with 3GB RAM.Internal Flash Memory is available of upto 32GB which can be increased with addition of a microSD card. The Xperia performance features a 23 megapixel Exmor RS rear camera which has the same Predictive Hybrid AF feature as the Xperia X , in addition to a 13-megapixel front camera for all selfie lovers.

The Xperia performance runs on the Android marshmallow with 2700 mAh battery. The Xperia performance is available in Rose Gold,Lime Gold,Graphite Black and White.
