Siri has been in the news since it was first launched with iPhone 4S handset. Recently it became the top headline of all iOS related forums or blogs websites when famous iPhone hacker Chpwn released a jailbreak tweak called Spire which has now brought Siri Assistant feature legally on older devices such as iPhone 4, iPod Touch 4G, iPad 1 etc. The only thing which is still in development phase and will make Siri fully functional on orlder device is Proxy Server.
As progress on Siri port on older devices is going on, we have come across another upcoming jailbreak tweak called SiriPrefs which will allows you to open iPhone Apps and modify system settings using Siri. The part of this app is, it won’t use any proxy server, instead of that all commands will be excuted through url schemes. According to iPhoneil, developer Danny Lisiansky who is behind this project has not confirmed any estimated time of release but we suggest you to keep on following us for all the announcements coming out from the developers.
