Just now Nokia has announced on that it has started shipping Nokia 700 and Nokia 701 Symbian Belle Phones. Last week we reported Symbian Belle leak which gave the clue that final launch is near. The news came form the official Nokia twitter account saying,

Both the Phone are high end phone with following specifications,
The Nokia 700 is “the most compact touch monoblock smartphone in the market right now” and it sports a 1GHz processor, GPS, compass, Bluetooth, FM radio, WiFi, five-megapixel full focus camera with LED flash, 2GB of user memory, 3.2-inch screen with ClearBlack AMOLED technology protected by gorilla glass, and NFC on-board.
The Nokia 701 has the brightest screen in the world, a 3.5-inch IPS LCD display with ClearBlack technology; it also packs a 1GHz processor, WiFi, NFC, Bluetooth, GPS, FM radio, eight-megapixel full focus camera with a dual-LED flash on the back, front facing webcam, 8GB of user memory, and microSD slot for up to 32GB extra memory.
Nokia has released Symbian Anna just a month ago and in quick succession we have Symbian Belle which gives us the signs that Nokia still wants to compete with Apple in smartphone market event though the sales figures depicts Apple surpassing Nokia this year.
