New Jailbreak Tweak Brings AlbumArt On AppSwitcher

Developers at jailbreak community has been introducing some interesting tweaks specially after the release of Notification Centre feature in iOS 5 firmware. In order to make it easy for you we have already shared a list of best tweaks for Notification Center which we recommend you must have on your iPhone.

Now another jailbreak tweak called AlbumArt On AppSwitcher has just hit the Cydia app store which by name brings Album art information on your iDevice appswicher. Best part of this tweak is, it supports native iPod Touch app along with other music apps. Moreover, you will also be able to see the album art on your iOS Lockscreens.

Whats Needed

In order to get this Cydia App on your iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch, make sure you device is Jailbroken. Click here to tethered Jailbreak iOS 5.0/5.0.1 On iPhone 4, 3GS, iPad, iPod touch using RedSnOw or here for Snowbreeze.

You can also jailbreak iPhone, iPad or iPod touch on iOS 4.3.5 using RedSnow, iOS 4.3.3 using  Redsn0w, JailbreakMe or to Jailbreak while preserving your baseband (software unlock) see TinyUmbrella,  SnowBreeze &  PwnageTool.

Procedure

AlbumArt On AppSwitcher is a Jailbreak tweak which can be search and downloaded from Cydia and is available in BigBoss repos. Once installed no icon will be added on your iPhone Springboard and no option to configure.
