Jailbreak community has come up with small tweak called LockMessages which is actually a perfect solution of bring privacy to your Notification Center Messages. Once you install it from Cydia App store, it will give you two different options to prevent others reading your important message. The first option enables you to customize the sender name and the actual text which will be previewed on Notification Center. The other option is to set a PIN lock which will appear on the Notification Center rather than actual message.
