iPhone 5 Will be Unveiled By Apple’s CEO Tim Cook on 4th October

According to report published by AllThingsD, the iPhone 5 is going to be unveiled on one of the most awaited event arranged on 4th October. It is also reported that Apple’s CEO Tim Cook will take a lead role and unveil iPhone 5  along with  Phillip W. Schiller (Senior VP, Worldwide Product Marketing), Scott Forstall (Senior VP, iOS Software) and Eddy Cue (newly appointed Senior VP of Internet Software and Services).

That’s the day Apple is currently expected to hold its next big media event, according to sources close to the situation, where the tech giant will unveil the next iteration of its popular iPhone.

While Apple could certainly change its plans anytime, sources said that the October 4 date has been selected by the company to showcase the iPhone 5. Sources added that the plan is now to make the new device available for purchase within a few weeks after the announcement.

In past few days we have reported that  Sprint will start offering iPhone 5 from next month then iPhone 5 Reservations Started for Deutsche Telekom was revealed. Also purportedly Vodafone UK Lists iPhone 5 16GB and 32GBand Change in Delivery Schedule for All Apple Devices on Online Stores also hinted the incoming iPhone 5 lunch. All these news caution that launch is pretty close.

Apple next generation iPhone is rumored to have curved tempered glass design, much thinner than iPhone 4,Dual core processor, 8 MegaPixel and obviously a revamped iOS 5.
