samsung-galaxy-s-II-300x234

If you are a Samsung Galaxy S2(SII) holder and you have not unlocked your device yet then thanks to Odia, Chainfire and XDA Developers Team who has invented yet another application to do this job for you. Samsung Galaxy S2 SIM unlock code finder application will find the code for Samsung Galaxy S II (SGS2) GT-I9100 device.

This application requires the Root privileges. Therefore, if you haven’t Rooted your device yet, then you can follow our  step by step guide posted here.

IMPORTANT:-

THE PROCEDURE I AM GOING TO WRITE NOW IS ALL AT YOUR OWN RISK. I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE IF IT GETS FAILED!!!!!

IF THE CODE DOES NOT WORK THEN DON’T TRY IT AGAIN.

However, sometimes it says the unlock was unsuccessful but after a reboot you may still find yourself unlocked.

Unlocking Procedure

1-    Go to “Android Market”, download [Root] Galaxy S2 SIM Unlock and Install the application.

2-    After it finishes the downloading and Installation, Launch the application, Press the “SIM unlock code” button, wait for few minutes and it will come up with a code.

3-      Write down the code, turn off your device, insert a SIM that doesn’t match your SIM lock.

4-      Turn on your device and enter the code when device asks for it.

5-      ONCE AGAIN, IF THE CODE DOES NOT WORK THEN DON’T TRY IT AGAIN.

I really like the content you offer here mate but this app did not work for me 🙁
Eventually I got the code from unlockcode4u.com and it did the job.
But anyway, keep up the good work!!

Hi the sim was unlocked – however, after installing a new sim card, whlst the phone works correctly, yet the device does not recognise the network provider, hence cannot access/login to gmail – anybody has an idea?

Restarting the device may help. If not try redoing it with newer SIM
