How to Install iOS 5 On iPhone 3G, 2G, iPod Touch 2G, 1G Using Whited00r 5.1

If you are having older devices such as iPhone 2G, iPhone 3G, iPod touch 2G, 1G and want to give them a real fresh look then get ready because a software app called Whited00r 5.1 has been released which allows you to  install iOS 5 directly from iTunes onto these devices. I know it sounds very hard to believe but surely this app gives most of the features released with iOS 5 to the old iPhone and iPod models. Before we go ahead, it is pertinent to mention here that this Whited00r 5.1 which is basically a custom firmware doesn’t include some of the features such as Notification Center which are part of original iOS 5 firmware. However, other main features of iOS 5 such as multitasking, reminders, home screen folders, custom wallpapers and custom home screen background are supported in the app. In addition to that, this custom firmware also includes pre-installed jailbreak tweaks and cydia apps.
