Hints on iPhone 8 to come with curved display

iphone curved edgeIn collaboration with Apple’s 10th Anniversary next year,there has been much speculation over the new iPhone 8 which is expected to be released next year, with major expectations from consumers over the redesigning of the new phone. Latest reports hint to the fact that the iPhone 8 will  be featuring a curved OLED screen very similar to that featured in both the Galaxy note 7 and S7 Edge.

Recently, it has been noted that the iPhone is already in the development process ,and various companies have already started work to prepare to get into Apple’s supply chain for the latest  phone. One such company is Mirle Automation ,which is responsible for the equipment required for the 3D curved glass chasis.

In recent leaks ,noted by Digitimes, Mirle has received orders for this equipment from both Lens technology and Foxconn and is expected to deliver as early as the next Quarter . The Glass Chassis Technology ,supplied by Foxconn ,has already been verified by Apple ,hence it can be noted that this  technology will be made use of in the iPhone released in 2017.Lens Technology and Berns Optics are also expected to supply similar technology for Apple’s 2017 iPhone.

In other reports ,it is expected that Apple will be launching 3 iPhones next year, and one of these models is speculated to come with a curved OLED screen,this would be the first of it’s kind to be released by Apple.
