Recently we reported you that Apple TV software updated to Version 4.4 which brought Photo Stream, NHL Games, Wall Street Journal, AirPlay Mirroring, Trailers on Apple TV. Today apple has released another update for Apple TV software named as Version 4.4.1 build 9A335A which brings bug fixes and minor performance improvements to previously released version 4.4.
However, reports have come through users feedback received on 9to5Mac blog where users have informed that their Apple TVs were bricked as soon as they upgraded the iOS version from 4.4 to 4.4.1.
Careful, it just bricked my apple TV….gave me the iTunes logo and a mini usb sign….plugging into my mac now…wish me luck….
Therefore those who are lucky are recommended to avoid this Version 4.4.1 update and wait until more information is available.
