Android 3.2 Honeycomb update starts rolling out for the Dell Streak 7

Reports have been coming from Dell streak 7 owners living in the UK that honeycomb 3.2 update has started rolling out on their devices. Things have gone even one step ahead as users have confirmed that they have downloaded and installed android 3.2 update successfully. Initially there were some hardware limitations set by the Google in order to run Android 3.2 Honeycomb operating system on tablets having screen resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. This requirement has now been even reduced to 1024×600 which is an encouraging news for all tablet manufactures.

Dell streak 7 was initially launched with Android 2.2 Froyo but after getting this update, it will be the first device to run Android 3.2 Honeycomb with 800×480 screen resolution. Therefore if you are one of the owner and reside in UK then we suggest you should not miss this great opportunity and install honeycomb 3.2 update without any further delays. However, We have not received any update news yet from owners living USA but hopefully it will reach around the Globe soon.

If you are new to dell streak 7 then it is a 7 inch device having 800 x 480 screen reolution and equipped with 1 GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 Dual core processor launched with Android 2.2 froyo which was actually build for phones rather than tablets.
